Easy Post Roast
Ingredients
- 1.75 lbs Chuck roast or stew meat (cubes)
- 1 Jar Pot Roast Sauce
- Optional: Cut up carrots and potatoes
Directions
- Pressure Cooker: Brown meat on all sides. Add sauce and set pressure cooker on manual for 30 minutes (or meat preset). Serve over noodles or rice.
- Slow Cooker: Place meat with sauce in slow cooker, cook for 4 hours on low.
- Short on time? Use pepper steak and brown in pan over medium heat, add sauce and cook until meat is tender and can be pierced with a fork (about 20-30 minutes).
