Thai Beef Satay

Ingredients
  • 1½ pounds beef steaks
  • 1 cup Tammy’s Kitchen Nut-Free Thai Satay Sauce
  • Skewers (soak wood skewers to avoid burning)
Directions
  • Slice beef into thin strips or into bite-size pieces and transfer to bowl. Add Satay Sauce and marinate beef for at least 40 minutes. Thread the beef onto skewers leaving ¼ of the skewer empty so that the kabobs are easier to handle. Prepare a grill or stovetop with medium heat (350°F to 375°F). Grill the meat, basting with sauce and flipping once or twice. Depending on beef thickness, the satay will cook in 7 to 10 minutes. Serve with Thai jasmine rice and Satay Sauce for dipping.
